Hmmm, a Trend

I've just advocated free markets, even when it produces job outsourcing, favorably linked to an article advocating choice in schools rather than a state monopoly, and here is an article from the Telegraph entitled, "Only competition will make the NHS treat patients better."

Could it be that the power to choose has profoundly liberating effects?
